Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
During busy periods, promotions, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Origin
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.
We also ship certain items from our U.S. warehouse, our Etsy shop, depending on product availability and order location.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Shipping times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the shipping origin.
Estimated delivery times:
- Economy Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 12–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but cannot be located, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Check around your delivery location
- Contact your local post office or mail carrier
Jzbeads is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier.
Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or taxes depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
For customers in the United States, orders are shipped duty-free and typically do not incur any import duties or additional customs charges.
