Refund policy

Please contact us before returning any items so we can assist you with the return process. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

We accept returns and exchanges on regular merchandise under the conditions outlined below.


General Return Requirements

All product returns must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unaltered and unused
  • Items must be in their original product packaging (for example, on the original strand)
  • Returns must include a copy of the original invoice
  • Items must have original Jzbeads labels and packaging intact

Please note: We cannot accept returns of items without their original packaging.


Defective Products

If you receive a defective item, you may request a replacement or refund.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide details or photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will either:

  • Send a replacement item, or
  • Issue a refund

Non-Defective Products

Non-defective items may be returned or exchanged (for example, if the item does not meet your needs).

Return requests for non-defective items must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any applicable taxes or fees

Returns of Large Quantity Orders

If a large quantity of items is returned that was originally purchased with quantity or assortment discounts, we reserve the right to recalculate the order total based on the items you keep.


Refunds

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

If a refund to your credit card cannot be processed (for example due to expiration, invalid details, or account closure), we will issue store credit for future purchases.


Refund Amount

Items returned in their original, unused, and pristine condition are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.


Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.


Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted.

  • If exchanging for the same product, the exchange will be honored at the original discounted price (if applicable).
  • Exchanges for different products will be processed as a new order, and any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
